Your email address will not be published. One thing you can try is to update the drivers from the PC, or remove the drivers from the PC altogether, then attempt to reconnect the phone to the computer. For now, I will just have to stick with my W7 XP Mode VM application install, which works fine.

Make use of the buttons in the navigation bar at the top. Unfortunately, on both PCs the phone screen says 'connected' on the handset Sync menu, and the HTCSync3 UI also automatically pops on on the PC, but says 'no device connected'. Step 2: Youre now required to navigate to the desired data type that you wish to transfer from your Mac to Android. Now, get your Android device connected to your Mac computer using a genuine USB cable. The phone has successfully synced with the desktop before, and there is a relationship configured in the MDC for it. 3-On the un-installation screen, select repair and continue with the installation. 2-Right-click the HTC software and select uninstall. 1-Press Windows key + R to get the run window, type appwiz.cpl and click ok. Ive installed the latest version of Mobile Device Manager on each of the computers. I would suggest you to repair the HTC software installed on the computer and check one more time.

If we released a "product" like this we'd be fired! HTC support's final solution was to tell me to wait for next release in June… HELP! Anybody? Using Sync version (latest) on normal XP Professional service pack 2, with Outlook 2003. Tap on the 'Phone Manager' tab from the main screen. Ive got a Sprint HTC Mogul and Im running Vista Ultimate 64 bit on my desktop and Vista Business 32-bit on my laptop. Installed, re-installed, upgraded, tried multiple PCs, disabling anti-v and firewalls etc etc. It worked 1st time ever off the sd card, and never worked again. Try task manager and see the CPU usage and memory usage – 100%! WTF? Only one thing it does do consistantly – hang every PC I try it on (with "updating HTC library" message). It's not that it has bugs, it actually doesn't work, at all. Unfortunately, on both PC's the phone screen says 'connected' on the handset Sync menu, and the HTCSync3 UI also automatically pops on on the PC, but says 'no device connected'. Loved phone initially (Desire), but spent way to much time now reading forums, contacting HTC support, trying EVERYTHING everybody said to make this piece of sh1t work.
